What to Know Before Your Visit!
What is check in/check out time?
Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 12pm.
Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?
There is no smoking anywhere on premises.
Do you offer in-room dining? What are the hours?
Yes, The Whitney Hotel offers in-room dining Monday-Thursday from 7:00 am - 8:00 pm and Friday -Sunday from 7:00 am - 9:00 pm.
Are pets allowed? Are there restrictions for weight, height or types?
The Whitney Hotel welcomes two pets for an additional fee of $125 per stay. Pets cannot be left unattended at anytime. Pet sitting may be arranged through the hotel concierge.

Do you have pet-sitting or dog walking services?

Do you offer shuttle service from the airport?
It would be our pleasure to arrange transportation from the airport to The Whitney Hotel.

What are your cross streets?
The Whitney Hotel is located the cross streets of Charles Street and Cambridge Street.
Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking? Is it included in my room rate?
Valet parking is available for overnight guests at an additional $65 per night. A guest services team member will assist you in front of the hotel in the designated valet area.
Will your rooms allow rollaway beds/cribs/playards? Is there a charge?
While we do not offer rollaway beds, we provide complimentary cribs upon request.
I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?
We suggest contacting the website where you completed your reservation.
What is your cancellation/deposit policy?
The cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to 3 PM on the day of arrival. A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.
What is the minimum age requirement to check into the room?
You must be 21 years of age to check into The Whitney Hotel.
Is my ID/passport required at check-in?
Yes, passport or government issued ID are valid forms of identification.
Do you have connecting guest rooms?
Yes, there are three Premium King Suites that connect to Classic King Guest Rooms.
Do you have accessible rooms?
Yes, there are 10 accessible guest rooms.
Do you have an early departure fee?
Yes, a $75 fee will apply.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, VISA, AMEX, DINERS, DISCOVER, MASTERCARD

Gift Card
How can gift cards be purchased?
Gift cards may be purchased directly on our website.
What deals are available?
Gift cards can be purchased in increments of $100 from $100 to $500.
Does a gift card expire?
The purchase value of your gift card never expires.
How do I redeem my gift card?
Starting on August 1, 2020, you can apply gift cards to room rate charges by simply presenting your gift card at check-out to apply towards eligible charge
What charges can I use my gift card for?
Guests can use these towards reservations booked via the hotel’s website or by calling the hotel directly. Gift cards cannot be applied towards bookings made on a third party site, such as Expedia. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for restaurant, in-room dining, parking, taxes, fees or other charges.
Can I use a gift card at another affiliated hotel?
No, gift cards are only redeemable at the hotel that it was purchased. The hotel name is displayed on the gift card.
Can I purchase a gift card as a gift?
Yes! You can purchase a gift card that will be sent to your recipient’s email address.
What types of gift cards are available?
Our gift cards are electronic only. They can be presented via mobile device or via print out for redemption. Physical gift cards are not available.

Is The Whitney Hotel Insider part of the hotel?
No, The Whitney Hotel Insider is a 3rd party company that has partnered with travel companies to give guests that book direct personalized rewards to enhance their experience before, during, and after their stay.
How do I select Whitney Hotel Insider rewards?
After you make a direct booking on the hotel website, you will be prompted to select rewards. Please note all rewards are released the day before check-in, so you should make any changes to your selections before that time.
How do I redeem my rewards?
Instructions on how to redeem rewards will be emailed to you before your check-in date.
Will I be able to redeem rewards if I live outside of the United States?
The Whitney Hotel Insider offers a wide variety of rewards that can be redeemed within the U.S. or internationally.
Can I change my rewards after booking?
Yes, you can change your rewards up to 2 days before checking in by clicking the “Select New Rewards” button in the confirmation email from info@laasie.ai.
Do rewards expire?
Each reward has its own timeline. The confirmation email will include instructions that explain how soon the reward will need to be redeemed.
